Chef Jay

My first of many "Food Diaries". I worked with Chef Jay, a traveling chef, as he prepared Fillet Mignon. I was asking questions throughout most of the shoot, because how often do you get to see magic?? He made the whole dish look easy to make. Truly honored to be able to work with such talented artists.
